We dispatch orders the next business day, ensuring a swift delivery process.
We utilise Australia Post for all shipments, offering tracking for peace of mind. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
To simplify our shipping rates and enhance transparency, we offer the following options:
For Australian deliveries: Note: Australia Post price increase from 1/7/25.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $10.95 AUD (250>g) parcels. Under 250g $9.70. Free standard shipping on orders over $99.00 AUD (under 500g). For orders over 500g, Standard Australia Post charges will apply.
- Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery, and 5-10 working days for Western Australia and Northern Territory.
For New Zealand deliveries: AUD
- Standard International Shipping: A flat rate of $13.30 <250g. $16.65 AUD (250g-500g), $23.25 (500g-1kg), with free shipping on orders over $150.00 AUD. (under 500g). For orders over 500g, standard Australia Post charges will apply.
- Delivery Timeframe: Shipping times vary, so please allow 7 - 21 business days for your products to arrive.
Please be aware that international orders may incur additional costs such as taxes and customs charges, for which the customer is responsible. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on these charges. While Modani Naturals is not liable for these costs, we understand the importance of clear communication and strive to provide all necessary information upfront to avoid unexpected fees. Should items be returned due to unpaid duties and taxes, they can be resent, but additional shipping fees will apply.
