HOW TO USE:

Apply a small amount (around ⅛–¼ teaspoon) 2–3 times daily to soft areas such as the inner arms, wrists, neck/shoulder crease or inner thighs, and gently massage until absorbed.

For menopause support, use morning, afternoon, and early evening for best consistency.

For perimenopause, PMS, or post-menopause, twice daily (morning and early evening) is usually enough, with an extra light application to the wrists if desired.

If you experience night sweats or sudden hot flushes, apply a small amount to the wrists or neck as needed for added comfort.
