FOR MENOPAUSE SUPPORT:

You can start this Wild Yam Cream at any time. Continue to use it 2-3 times per day, even when you start to feel better. It's important to apply daily for this cream to work. Make it apart of your daily routine. 

Apply daily 3 times daily - in the morning, afternoon and at night before bed. 

Each application is approximately <1/2 tsp each. You can split this up and use approx *<1/4 tsp per inner arm, wrists or inner thighs or either side of your neck (crease in your shoulder). 

* <1/4 tsp is roughly the size of the back of your pinky fingernail.  

Massage in and enjoy the soothing sensation and the subtle calming fragrance of the cream as it works its magic. Let is absorb briefly before dressing.  

Example: <1/4 tsp to each inner arm/elbow, each wrist or to each side of your neck.

For PERI/PMS:  

If you are new to using this cream, to simplify the process, start the cream when your period stops. Then apply (see above) twice daily, mornings and night, for PERI/PMS support and break again during your period. Start the process again when your period stops. Dab a small amount onto your wrists in the afternoon if needed.
